The Leadership Essentials program is a high-impact, 6-month learning journey that prepares talented individuals to transition into senior management roles. Learners undergo 72 hours of interactive learning time that equips them with the necessary skills and experience to progress in a business environment. The first 4 months consist of knowledge gaining sessions supported by opportunities to immediately apply the learning through micro-actions. The last 2 months consist of two real-work Action Learning Projects (ALPs) that bring it all together to test and enhance the individual’s capabilities. Throughout the journey, the learner’s impact is amplified through 1:1 coaching sessions.
